The service

PakScore is an independent review platform for flights, hotels, restaurants, places, and services in Pakistan. Reading reviews is open to everyone; writing them requires a free, verified account. By using PakScore you accept these terms.

Your account

You must provide a real email address and keep your credentials secure. One account per person. You are responsible for everything posted from your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or our review guidelines.

Your content

You keep ownership of the reviews and photos you post. By posting, you grant PakScore a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and distribute that content as part of operating and promoting the service. You confirm your content is your own experience, doesn't infringe anyone's rights, and complies with our review guidelines.

Moderation

All reviews pass moderation before publishing. We may remove or decline content that violates our guidelines, and we may anonymise rather than delete reviews that form part of a listing's score history. Businesses cannot pay to alter scores, and listing pages are created and maintained by PakScore staff — not owners.

Acceptable use

You agree not to post fake or incentivised reviews, scrape the site at scale, attempt to disrupt the service, impersonate others, or use PakScore for anything unlawful.

Disclaimers

Reviews reflect the opinions of individual reviewers, not of PakScore. Scores summarise those opinions and favour recent experiences. The service is provided “as is”; we work hard to keep it accurate and available but can't guarantee either. To the extent permitted by law, PakScore is not liable for decisions made based on reviews or for indirect damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Meaningful changes will be announced on the site; continuing to use PakScore after a change means you accept the updated terms.
