For anything — account help, questions about a review or score, corrections to a listing, privacy requests, or press — write to us at support@pakscore.pk. Include the listing or review link if your message is about one.
Common requests
- A listing's details are wrong or it has closed — email us the listing link and the correction; our staff verify and update it.
- A review breaks the rules — use the Report button on the review itself; that goes straight to our moderation queue.
- A place is missing — use Suggest a business; suggestions are usually live within 48 hours.
- You own a business on PakScore — owners can't edit their own pages, but you can email factual corrections (hours, phone, address) and respond to our staff's verification questions.
